Financial Stewardship & Impact in 2025

 

Rebuilding Together Fargo-Moorhead Area is small but mighty! We have two full-time staff and work hard to be great stewards of our grants and your donations! 

 

In 2025 our expenses were just $428,588. The breakdown was as follows:

Program Expenses- $329K ($224K for materials and labor $105K for all other program expenses)

Administrative Expenses- $73K

Fundraising Expenses- $27K


 


In 2025, 42 more houses in the Red River Valley became safe and healthy homes. Average scores on our 25 Point Health and Safety scale rose from 18.79 to 22.26. That is 14%!                     

With the help of our neighbors we completed 105 projects in 42 homes.  

Of the 78 individuals that we served 58% live with a disability, 37% are senior citizens, and 14% identify as racial minorities.
