Financial Stewardship & Impact in 2023


Rebuilding Together Fargo-Moorhead Area is small but mighty! We have two full-time staff and work hard to be great stewards of our grants and your donations! In 2023 our expenses were just over $470,000. The breakdown was as follows:

Program Expenses- $385K ($260K for materials and labor $125K for all other program expenses)

Administrative Expenses- $66K

Fundraising Expenses- $21K

Through your help, 40 more houses in the Red River Valley have become safe and healthy homes. Average scores on our 25 Point Health and Safety scale rose from 19.7 to 23.1: from a C+ to an A!                     

We completed 76 projects in 40 homes! Of the 58 individuals that we served, 64% live with a disability, 48% are senior citizens, and 17% are military veterans. Projects included 5 tub to shower conversions, 4 full house electrical updates, 4 replaced roofs, 5 repaired foundations, 24 new windows, AND SO MUCH MORE!
