Rebuilding Together is working to ensure safe homes and communities for everyone.

Our services are available to all homeowners in Cass, Richland, and Traill Counties in North Dakota and Clay County in Minnesota who meet the following requirements:

1. Your total household income must be at or below 80% the Area Median Income (AMI) according to HUD. Click HERE for HUD Income Limits

2. You must be a homeowner (not renting) and up-to-date on your property taxes.

3. Your home must not be considered a mobile home or trailer home, as we do not have funding that allows us to tackle these projects at this time.
